Maybe Reed’s playing RF today?

Unless, of course, Gibbons has screwed up the lineup card once again….

interesting to see three lefties against a left hander today. Gibby usually doesn’t do that.
I think Reed would be playing Right today hem.gold if it is Gibby who screwed that up then he should canned tonight.

Gibby has gotta go, pay peanuts you get monkeys, just watching them make a total *** of themselves again after having a shot at winning this game, I really don t think the players have any respect for abner & just won t play for him

They had multiple shots to win this game. You are right, the players do not respect Abner. How can you blame them when he can’t even fill out a lineup card properly.

Today that first run off of MArcum should not have been a run-Marcum didn’t hit the guy. Abner should have been out there arguing the call-but unfortuately he was snoozing at the time.

Just imagine-this is what we get next year as well.

Pathetic really.

Ok, I didn’t watch the game, so I don’t understand your comments:

Was there something wrong with the line-up card again?

It was just a typo on the blog and I was just kidding around.

Sorry for the confusion.

How do you get up for a game that has no meaning especially after you have found out that ABNER is going to be your manager next year, you don’t.
When the Jays lost the lead my 8 year old grandson shut the TV off how sad is that.

Yanks and Boston close game,Chamberlin for the yanks is wicked.

Do any of you people know when MLB releases its schedule for ’08? I know it’s early, but i’d like to snatch up a flex pack for next season as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

If you contact the Jays ticket office, they’ll take down your contact information and contact you as soon as the flex packs are released.

I guess we shouldn’t feel so bad about the Yanks taking two of three from us-they did the same thing to the sox

Wow, two lineup miscues for me yesterday! Yes, Reed was playing right field, which I switched, and the Jays were taking on righty Victor Santos — not Birkins for the second day in a row. Maybe I should be canned!

Jordon

Your mistakes do not cost wins, Abner’s does.

Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t fire the guy simply because he made two lineup mistakes that embarrased himself and the team. I’d fire him because he doesn’t handle the team well, and I think he’s lost the respect of the players.

Abner seems to be asleep most games relaxing sitting back on the bench. Watch Mike Scirossa, Joe Torre or Terry Francona tonight and then watch Abner and you’ll see what I mean.

A perfect case in point, in yesterday’s game-Marcum did not hit the guy in the first inning, he missed him by 3 inches-did you see Gibby run out and argue the play-nope he just kept right on dosing. Would he have changed the call-no-but the next close call would likely have gone the Jays way, which is the reason all these guys argue the first one.

thanks for the info sumner
