Is it just me or does anyone else sense another nine game losing streak. If you look at the match ups in pitching and ball clubs for that matter…not looking good especially with towers and Liscth on the loose. Can we just get a break once this year.

So Burnett is back on the dl. I think I speak for everyone when I say that I am not surprised and WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?!

Pathetic is the only description for the Blue Jays showing in Seattle; another phenomenal start from Marcum lost.

This team is like Jekel and Hyde-one day they hit and 1 week they don’t.

And of course AJ is going to see Dr. Tommy John. Some time ago, I expressed my concern about how AJ was being burnt up by mismanagement. Well, the Dr. could state another operation and AJ’s gone for 18 months.

    Brilliant.

You can’t blame gibbons for burnett…

Overall this year… burnett’s avarage pitch count and total pitches thrown by that point was hardly significant…

Yes he did have a string of three high pitch counts…

The fact that he needed so many pitches to get through 6 or 7 innings and the fact that after 3 high pitch counts he gets busted is more of a sign to his resilience…

It seems that the problem this time is the shoulder and not his elbow… so probably speaking of another tommy john surgery is redundant

Three more games until the break. way to go Rios.I’m as disappointed as the rest of you but it’s not the end of the world.I never did like burnett if burnett is done big deal he’s no more than a #5 starter. he has a losing record against bottom feeders. If a team can’t hit like T.O. can’t most teams fire the hitting coach but he’s a friend of gibbys like he’s a friend of the GM…Mabey they should try square bats.We stand a good chance tonight because we have….TOWER..POWER…

Actually, there’s 6 games left before the break, 3 in Oakland and 3 here against Cleveland. Although,if the Jays do not win 4 of these 6 games; they’ll likely be so far back none of it matters anyway.

I’ll reserve judgement on Aj until we hear the Dr.’s report.
